Day 1


Prepare your breakfast.


Morning


1. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice to 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves to make a smoothie.

3. Mash a banana into the smoothie.


4. Add ½ cup of skimmed milk and sprinkle some cinnamon powder.


5. Mix it all together.

1 cup of whole wheat toast with 1 cup of curd.

3. Cut down on meat and eat more fibre-rich food like veggies and fruits.


4. Reduce the intake of milk, cheese and eggs


5. Cut down on saturated fats and eat more of omegas. Avoid cooking dishes with eggs and avoid high fat foods like lard and butter.


6. Limit the intake of sugar and sweet drinks. Drink more water.


7. Eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables per day.
